Revlon Creme Brulee Lip Butter Review

Hi guys!
-
Yesterday I brought a Revlon lip butter after I heard Tanya Burr say how much she loves them! Personally I am not very daring with colour so steered away from the neon orange and hot pink and went for the subtle colour 'Creme Brulee'. This colour actually reminds me of my MAC blankety lipstick because it's quite a dark pink nude colour. The product was £7.99 which is quite a lot for basically a tinted lip balm, however I do think that pricing them higher than a Baby Lips is correct because Baby Lips are lip balms where as Revlon lip butters a more lipstick-like and they are packaged much more tastefully.
-
So as you can tell the packaging is pretty classy for a drugstore product. I think Revlon really excel in their packaging because the products look pretty counter-worthy to me.
The packaing of the actual lip butter is not what you would expect of a normal lip balm type product because this is more lipstick-type packaging, also my Chanel lipstick has a very similar tube part except you get a lot less with the Chanel lipstick.
As you can tell from the swatch the product is quite shimmery and not matte at all. I would wear this over a lipstick for moisture and shine and maybe on it's own for a daytime look.
If you can't see what the writing says it's - 095 Creme Brulee
Sorry about the little chip on the side of this lipstick, when I was putting the case on the lipstick I wasn't looking what I was doing and chipped it (this has happened twice now). The one thing I don't like about this product is the amount of product you get. In the picture this is about half way rolled up, add about half a centimetre and that is literally all the product you get so I would find myself re-purchasing this a lot.

Overall this product is one of my new favourite products and I can see myself buying quite a range of colours from this line. Comment below your favourite colour!

MAC Palette

Happy Friday!
-
My next post to write on my list was about my MAC palette. Mine is a quad palette containing the colours Orb, Naked Lunch, Sketch and Sumptuous Olive. Also today I used a different camera so hopefully the pictures will be a little better than usual! I was getting a few emails from my subscribers yesterday asking if I would do a post on my MAC palette so as promised here it is!
-
Excuse the dressing gown, and you can't really tell here but I am actually wearing the MAC Bare Study Pro Longwear Paintpot that I have actually done a review of.
So this is my palette and as you can see it is a quad with the colours Sketch, Sumptuous Olive, Orb and Naked Lunch.
Here is another picture and as you can see Orb and Sketch are a little less pigmented than Sumptuous Olive and Naked Lunch, and I would even say Orb is almost a matte color.
So these re fill pans are £10 each and left to right the colours are - Sumptuous Olive, Sketch, Orb and Naked Lunch

p.s I have changed the name of my blog to All That Sparkles so I hope you guys don't mind I just thought Bit Of Loveliness didn't really flow so there you go!
Thank you for reading and comment below your favourite MAC eyeshadow colour!
Love Claudia

My 'Uncertain Lazy Day' Make Up Routine

Hello everyone!
-
If your like me and love a good 'lazy day' then you probably will have experienced those lazy days when your in your joggers with no make up on then some one turns up or you have to go out somewhere, with NO make up on! So from now on I wear my uncertain lazy day make up. It's really basic and this is what I find works for me!
-

This is my Magic primer by prescriptives. I brought this ages ago literally ages and ages ago but I love it to be honest. It is meant to be illuminating and it really is. I can't believe they discontinued selling these because I adore them. Most products like this are fake and they don't do what they say they will but with this I trust it 100%. When I wear this primer my skin looks radiant, glowing and shimmery and it is a really smooth base for foundation. So with my routine, I put this on first and then I literally just leave it, no foundation over the top. That probably sounds strange but I find it still looks fab.
After popping on my primer/foundation type product I apply some light bronzing powder with a very large fluffy brush.. The bigger the brush the softer the bronzer will look and because this is just very subtle make up I normally just sweep this across my whole face with a big brush. This one is from MAC and it is just their face bronzing powder. I have no idea what colour this is but as you can see I have hit pan which is very upsetting.
I can't physically leave the house without applying my Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer. Concealer is such an important step in my make up routine for me because for some reason I have really bad dark circles and I think a combination of both a mum and dad with bad dark circles is the answer. This concealer is pretty great, I mean it highlights under my eyes really well to give a literal woken up finish but the coverage isn't great.
Finally I finish up with a Maybelline Baby Lips in pink punch. Everyone loves Baby Lips as do I because the colour and moisture is great! I have talked about these before though in my 'Favourite Lip Balms' post so check that out.

So leave me a comment below if you ever have these days! I love these products so much and they are my basic products I have to wear to feel comfortable leaving the house! See you in my next post lovelies, Love Claudia
