Essie Nail Varnish Review

AH!
-
This post was not on my to-write list, but yesterday I brought two Essie nail varnishes! It was a
pretty random buy but i do NOT regret it! I have wanted Essie for a while now and when
two colours caught my eye in Boots, i just new i had to have them. The two colours i got are 'Imported
Bubbly' and 'Sweet Talker'. Imported bubbly is a gorgeous shade of white and sweet talker is
a really pale blue. I know these colours are very spring, however yesterday i brought a dark green
Rimmel varnish which is super Autumnal. I really shouldn't buy a lot of nail varnish as i find myself wearing false nails all the time. I am actually wearing some black ones right now.
-
So anyway these nail varnishes are expensive at about £8.95 as bottle but the colours are
so pretty and sweet, perfect for spring/late winter. The blue is actually a really pale shade
kind of like an icicle so this would be really nice for a winter day when it
is snowing. Tomorrow it is the start of half term (finally) so i will be doing some
OOTD posts and what i did posts. I might post more than one a day so be prepared. Also
tonight i am going out so i will be doing a make up and outfit post! Thanks for reading,
Love Claudia

River Island Paris Perfume Review

Happy Wednesday!
-
Another review today and this one is not make up, it is my new perfume i brought
two weeks ago. So it is from River Island and it is the 'Paris' one. I
accidentaly got the Eau De Toilette but it is stronger and lasts longer so it doesn't matter.
didn't actually realise when i brought it, i just saw one had 40ml and one had 75ml and one was £8
and one was £12 and i made the decision that the more expensive one would
be better as its only £4 extra for 35ml extra. It came in a lovely bottle and i have really
wanted a nice looking perfume for a while now (I have asked for a Jo Malone one for Christmas) so I thought it would be great.
-
Now I'm really bad at describing scents but I will give it a go. It's quite sweet
with subtle floral scents run through it. That's the only way i can really describe it, but it
really does smell lovely and i think all my friends like it so it
must be good! So anyway it was £12 from River Island and it smells gorgeous.
Probably a summer / spring scent but i still really love it at the moment!
Also i recently updated the look of my blog, i think its a lot more me! I hope you liked this
review and go out and smell this perfume because it is lovely:)
Love Claudia

No.7 Beautifully Matte foundation No. 7 beautifully matte foundation

Hello!
-
So i have decided that on week days it would be much more interesting if i write product
reveiws rather than say what i have done in my day (only school stuff). What i thought was if i
reveiw my make up and beauty products starting from foundations, to concealer, powder,
blush, eye liner, mascara, lipstick, lipgloss, hair products, moisteurisers and
bath products (bath bombs, bubble bath, bath salts).
-
Anyway i could blab on forever about products but today i will be reveiwing my No.7 Beautifully
matte foundation. I actually went to boots just looking for a drugstore type foundation, then
i saw the No.7 colour matching stand, and i thought i should give it a go. The lady
said i was the colour 'Calico', and gave me two options - the Beautifully matte one
with 14 hour full coverage, or a BB cream with lighter coverage. I opted for the
Beautifully matte foundation as i definately feel more confident wearing it. However when
i got my foundation home i tried it on and discovered it slightly dried out my
skin and it was a little too dark. Before this foundation i had a Bobbi Brown foundation and
i loved it. It was a water based foundation so it was super light on my skin
and i love foundations that feel nice on my skin, but i found that it came off very
quickly and made my skin a tad oily. To resolve my foundation troubles i mixed my Bobbi
Brown foundation with my No.7 foundation and it made a lovely coloured foundation with
the perfect consistency and coverage.
-
In conclusion i would certainly recommend this foundation as it gives really good coverage
and lasts almost as long as it promises. It was £14.95 and i have no idea
how much that would be in US dollars or Euro's but I'm sure it would still be available there!
-
I hope you enjoyed this review and there will be another one tomorrow, again
on foundation! :) have a good evening

Sunday mornings

 Good morning!
My favourite thing on Sunday morning is to walk downstairs to the smell of my dads coffee, the doors open and sunlight streaming into the kitchen. My other favourite thing is to walk down to the river and have lunch in the cafe, and that's what i did:)!. I kept my make up very natural as it is only lunch in the village. I wore a white sundress from Topshop and just some brown twisted sandals from h&m.

Lunch out:)
Ice cream by the river:)

Midnight intro post

I created my google account at midnight and couldn't wait to post, so I thought I would start now! My name is Claudia and I'm 14 years old.I have always had an interest in beauty and fashion. I always wanted to blog and even though I'm busy with school I thought I would give it a go. On my blog I want to share some product reviews, some places I go, things that I do, what I wear, and all things beauty. Well I guess that's it for my little introduction post, so yeah:)
Goodnight love Claudia xx
